As a Security Guard - Bank Lobby Greeter in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution, you will welcome employees and visitors, manage access points, and support badge and visitor check-in processes while maintaining detailed logs and clear communication. You will monitor activity from the lobby and front desk area, respond to security-related concerns, and partner with site teams to help maintain a professional environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, members, and/or visitors at a front desk within a financial services location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor lobby activity and access points from the front desk, helping to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining a visitor log.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting Allied Universal management and/or local emergency services as directed by post orders.

Operate and monitor security-related systems as assigned, such as cameras, alarms, and intercoms, and report unusual activity per site procedures.

Complete daily reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs, communicating noteworthy events to the next shift and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer Service Experience - preferred.

Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
