As a Security Officer - Warehouse Reception in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Officer in a busy logistics and distribution location, you will greet visitors and team members, manage check-ins, support access procedures, and document security-related activity with clear communication. You will be a visible, professional presence that helps to discourage unwanted activity while delivering customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Control access at the reception area by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate location while maintaining required logs.

Support shipping and receiving operations by coordinating visitor and driver check-in and/or check-out, communicating with warehouse contacts, and confirming appointments per site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting details per post orders.

Monitor assigned front desk systems and surroundings, report suspicious activity, and complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
