Werecurrently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our collaborative teamatour Bangor, Maine location. This part-time, office-based role (24 hours per week) offers an opportunity to build your skills while contributing to projects that strengthen our brand and client relationships.

WhatYoullDo:

As a key member of our marketing team,youllsupport a variety of initiatives, including:

Coordinating event participation andsponsorships.

Managing our employee clothing program and inventory of swag and

other branded items.

Assistingwith vendor coordination for graphics, photography, and

signage.

Updating resumes and marketing documents using provided templates.

Organizing business card orders.

Supporting essential marketing tasks when the Marketing Manager is

away.

WhatWereLooking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Ability to work effectively with other team members in multiple

divisions andgeographic locations.

Comfortable learning newsoftware;experience with Microsoft 365 and

Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Previousexperience in an administrative role, preferred, but

notrequired.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in

marketing or business is helpful.

Valid drivers license and active auto insurance.
