Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Itasca, Illinois. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. This role involves supporting import-related tasks and leveraging your computer proficiency to perform various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and update data into company systems with precision and efficiency.

Manage import-related documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to organize information and communicate effectively.

Perform calculations and maintain accurate records for data tracking purposes.

Organize, scan, and file documents to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.

Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflows.

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal or external stakeholders.

Utilize 10-key skills for efficient numeric data entry.

Adapt to new tasks and systems quickly with provided training. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for administrative tasks.

Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.

Experience in managing email correspondence effectively.

Ability to organize files and maintain detailed records.

Competence in performing basic calculations and numerical tasks.

Familiarity with scanning and filing processes.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
