Position Summary...
The Group Director, Walmart Claims Services-Liability, is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and transformation of the Claims Services General Liability. This leader will drive innovation, process improvement, and best-in-class claims management, ensuring alignment with Walmart's business objectives. The role requires deep expertise in claims operations, program management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and talent development.
You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to design advanced analytics, deliver insights, and drive measurable improvements in the claim's lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking and has strong stakeholder influence.

What you'll do...
Managing and processing a wide range of claims, including general liability, property, and insurance claims.
Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to streamline claims operations and improve outcomes.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Walmart's internal standards.
Collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Providing exceptional service to associates, customers, and partners throughout the claim's lifecycle.

15 years' experience in claims, with minimum of 7-years leadership function at major TPA or insurer.
Brings proven experience setting General Liability claims strategy aligned to enterprise business objectives
Known for transforming claims operations through modernization, workflow redesign, and innovation
Strong track record managing complex programs and vendor performance (SLAs, compliance, quality)
Delivers financial impact through severity control, leakage reduction, and disciplined forecasting
Builds high-performing claims leadership teams and scalable operating standards

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
