As a Security Officer - Bank Campus Patrol in Omaha, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and respond to situations with calm professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, medical response notification, and/or coordination with local authorities as directed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or lighting concerns.

Monitor access points and public areas, observe for irregular activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to Allied Universal management and site representatives.

Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate key information during shift handoffs to support consistent security-related coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
