Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to critical projects in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to take initiative in ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits to ensure employee compliance with i9 documentation requirements.

Assist in coordinating licensing processes for store operations, including systems to process electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards and chip cards.

Manage and organize data entry tasks related to administrative functions.

Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.

Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Maintain effective follow-up procedures to ensure project deadlines are met.

Collaborate with team members and stores to address operational challenges.

Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including receptionist duties.

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across assigned projects.

Requirements - 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles; candidates with more than five years of experience will not be considered.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.

Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with compliance processes and auditing is a plus. TalentMatch®
