Our Vision for this Role

The Technology Depot Shipping and Receiving Associate will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and verifying inbound shipments. They will prepare, package, label, and ship outbound shipments. This position will monitor boxes and packaging supplies and coordinate replenishment with the Depot Manager. This Associate will perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and will keep the warehouse neat and organized. This position will monitor e-scrap and schedule pickups with a 3rd party IT asset disposition company as needed.

What We Will Accomplish Together

Process inbound shipments (ie. returns, new inventory) and update ServiceNow to accurately track assets and consumable equipment.

Process outbound shipments by boxing, packaging, printing and affixing FedEx labels, and placing them on proper outbound pallets.

Place to-be-repaired inventory in proper locations to be processed.

Send weekly emails to Brand Technology Managers with a list of non-returned equipment by market.

Monitor boxes/packaging materials and create a task when additional supplies are needed.

Monitor the e-scrap pallets and schedule pickups as needed.

Take all cardboard and warehouse trash out at the end of each day.

Perform regular cycle counting of inventory.

Keep the warehouse neat and organized.

Education/Experience

Entry level position with training provided

Intermediate understanding of PC and technology related hardware

1-3 years' experience in IT or warehouse related work is a plus

ServiceNow experience is a plus (ITIL/ITAM)

Forklift certification. If not, employees will be trained to achieve this.

You should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table - we like to have FUN!

Language Skills

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills needed

Reasoning Ability

Ability to discover solutions in a team setting with limited information.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on shipping deadlines

Ability to apply problem-solving skills to resolve damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

Ability to use judgment and decision-making to determine proper storage, handling, and routing of equipment

Ability to use logical thinking to identify inventory discrepancies

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

ITIL, CMDB, ITAM Experience/Certification a plus

CompTIA A+ Certification a plus
