Job Description
Business systems administrator and digital security lead
This is a business facing position that encompasses end user support for systems including: digital asset management & security, Microsoft collaboration tools and various reporting exercises. Additional responsibilities include assisting with system enhancements and rollouts.
Major Duties / Responsibilities:
Act as expert with respect to system tool capability and best practices
Lead the development of processes and standards
Participate in subject matter specialist meetings
Inform global team and stakeholders of updates and issues
Lead activities for requirements gathering and documentation of user stories
Lead the development of system enhancements with GMIT, technology vendors and stakeholders
Participate in testing and system evaluations (Lab testing, Pilot, etc.), and provide feedback
Mentor and train users in the Design Center community
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting services
Perform security audits on systems to ensure compliance
Approve file sharing systems access requests
General Qualifications:
Project management
High level of oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others
Self-motivated, ability to set own tasks/goals and meet deadlines on-time with quality
Ability to negotiate and work through conflict
Understanding of Design creative process and deliverables (GVDP)
Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area required
High level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex
Knowledge of Design software and systems as it pertains to storing and sharing files
Knowledge of managing file @types containing images, photographs, math data, videos and animations
Knowledge of managing highly confidential and secret file content
Possesses the ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
Education / Training:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or management of informations systems, or equivalent experience
Experience:
5 - 7 years in managing systems and databases
High proficiency in Office 365
Proficiency in digital asset management
5 - 7 years managing system security process for highly confidential and secret data
High proficiency in digital security process, policy and detections
Advance knowledge in Access control lists (ACL) and project level security
Requirement gathering / co-develop solutions with GMIT
Use case development
5 - 7 years leading and managing projects
Knowledge in training and technical writing
The following is a plus:

PowerAutomate
PowerShell
Familiarity with GM Systems: P2P, GDM, D2
