Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing operations in Wellford, South Carolina. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by providing high-quality administrative assistance across departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multitasking environment and be committed to maintaining organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and related logistics, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives.

Draft, edit, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and communications with accuracy and professionalism.

Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks to maintain organized and accessible records.

Plan and assist with company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Maintain a welcoming and presentable office environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Facilitate communication with the offsite IT help desk to address technical needs.

Support HR initiatives such as company events and employee engagement activities.

Collaborate with external service providers to administer the Environmental Compliance Program, including policy development and regulatory adherence. Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred experience in manufacturing or industrial services environments.
