Role summary:
As an (ISR) Staff, Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs by aligning stakeholders and driving execution against strategic objectives. The Data Science team employs advanced analytical and modeling techniques to solve complex business challenges. What you'll do:
Engage and align program stakeholders by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and communication cadences throughout program execution.
Analyze data and synthesize insights to identify risks, propose alternatives, and drive fact-based decision-making for program success.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely resolution.
Monitor program milestones, budgets, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans and negotiating resources to meet objectives.
Participate in technical design discussions, translating requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring operational excellence and system reliability.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovation opportunities and enhancing program management processes and tools.

Proven expertise in stakeholder identification, engagement, and relationship management to align groups and resolve conflicting priorities.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and apply fact-based decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and influence alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to deliver medium-scale technical programs, managing risks, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies effectively.
Solid understanding of system design, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management to support scalable and high-availability solutions.
Experience in program planning, execution, and continuous improvement within dynamic and ambiguous environments.
