Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional support, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining efficient service operations. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely and detail-oriented assistance to customers by handling inbound and outbound calls.

Accurately process and manage order entries to ensure seamless transactions.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Collaborate with team members to maintain effective communication and problem resolution.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with service standards.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.

Offer solutions to improve customer satisfaction and enhance overall service delivery.

Communicate product and service information clearly and effectively to customers.

Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficiency in managing order entry systems and handling customer transactions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with inbound and outbound call handling.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
