Description A highly regarded organization in Bristol PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a job opportunity. This position is on-site, Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm and will start immediately. This assignment will run for 2 months with a likely extension. There may be an opportunity to become an FTE for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally through telephone and email communications. Areas of assistance include order processing, returns, delivery updates, billing inquiries, and account information updates.

Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve customer concerns, identify trends, and share insights or feedback with the management team to ensure service improvements.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete system updates, and manage required paperwork efficiently and with attention to detail.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, system processes, and service procedures with the support of the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficient in data entry, email correspondence, and using customer service systems.

Adaptability in a dynamic environment with a commitment to maintaining high performance standards in productivity, quality, and dependability.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Familiarity with order entry systems and customer management software.

Dependability and a commitment to meeting performance standards.
