Respond to member inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Provide accurate information on savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more

Perform account transactions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance

Educate members on products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial journey

Deliver outstanding customer experiences through active listening and adaptability

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a structured, schedule-driven environment

Customer service, call center, or retail experience is a plus

Comfort handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

Detail-oriented with solid data entry skills

Job Details:

Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Remote with occasional on-site in Winchester, VA

Pay: $19.50/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
