Job Description Summary:

A need to provide first response basic and advanced life support care during special event ventures as an agent of the OhioHealth system. This position will provide Paramedic staffing needs to provide first response Basic and Advanced Life Support care during special events as the staff member of the Special Events team.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Demonstrates Clinical Competency

Performs duties as assigned by physician or Registered Nurse

: Educates patient and family members appropriately

: Establishes caring/supportive relationships with patients and family

: Assesses environment of Emergency Room and makes changes as necessary

: Demonstrates professional accountability in all tasks and assignments

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED (Required)EMTA - EMTA - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians

Additional Job Description:

State of Ohio Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-A) Certification ; Pre-hospital Experience ; 1 year as EMT-A
