Aston Carter is seeking an Inside Sales Rep!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative who is eager to grow within our company. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel!

Responsibilities

Manage an established customer base.

Price and process customer orders efficiently.

Solve customer delivery and material challenges.

Interact with operations on behalf of the customer.

Essential Skills

Experience in sales and customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Bilingual capabilities are required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous metals experience is preferred.

Phone etiquette and attendance reliability.

Ability to read blueprints.

A desire to grow long-term with the company.

Work Environment

The position is onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM with an hour lunch break. The company offers a family-style feel and provides opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to Inside Sales Manager positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boca Raton, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
