Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Process all purchase orders for team
Serve as financial systems administrator
Provide customer support for the users of financial systems to ensure accuracy of data and develop training materials (e.g. recordings, quick reference guides, etc.) to facilitate adoption of these systems
Partner with study leads to manage monthly accruals and invoicing
Work with leadership team to forecast and track T&E, congress attendance
Coordinate and tracks issues and works with business to troubleshoot.
Assist in solution design of financial systems based on functional requirements and understanding of finance systems and business
Provides ongoing analytical support to management including preparing budgets and forecasts, and supporting the portfolio review, strategic planning, and budget processes
Conducts monthly reporting and variance analysis and maintains a consistent internal reporting structure within consolidations and production environment
Owns the execution and distribution of monthly management reports and ad hoc reports as required
Design data visualizations and reporting
Assess and implement new data analytics, AI and business intelligence tools to drive capabilities to advance resource modeling and forecasting
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and Seven Years' Experience
OR
Masters' Degree and Five Years' Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in Business or Accounting.
4+ years of relevant experience with Hyperion Applications and Oracle ERP
Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus.
Experience in multi-national organization a plus.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel and Database structures is required.
General accounting knowledge
Experience with project reporting, operational accounting and reporting a must.
Demonstrate excellence and versatility in undertaking complex and global organizations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a deadline driven and multi-task environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills

The salary range for this position is: $133,195.00 - $172,370.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
