Summary You will serve as a Vertical Launching System (VLS) Equipment Engineering Branch, Engineering Lead (Code E52) in the SENSORS WEAPONS & LAUNCHERS DEPARTMENT, VERTICAL LAUNCHING SYSTEM (VLS) & AUR DIVISION of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA. Responsibilities You will serve as the VLS Systems Engineering Team Lead, responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic guidance. You will oversee project execution, mentor team members, and ensure engineering efforts are aligned with organizational goals. You will demonstrate a strong balance of engineering expertise, leadership ability, and effective communication skills. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
