Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Sales & Marketing Strategy to join our team in Stafford, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the strategic direction of our sales and marketing efforts within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leading teams, driving growth initiatives, and refining strategies to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in partnership with the executive team to drive revenue and growth.

Provide leadership and motivation to sales teams, ensuring consistent achievement of ambitious sales targets.

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Analyze key performance metrics to assess sales success, identify trends, and capitalize on market opportunities.

Lead the creation of financial forecasts and sales projections to guide executive-level decision-making.

Utilize customer insights and market data to refine sales approaches and optimize marketing efforts.

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels to drive business growth.

Establish territory frameworks and set performance benchmarks to guide sales teams effectively.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to align sales strategies with campaigns that enhance customer engagement.

Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and strategic customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and visibility. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales strategy, marketing leadership, or business growth roles.

Expertise in digital marketing, including B2B marketing and brand awareness.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve revenue growth.

Strong background in managing and mentoring sales teams across diverse markets.

Proficiency in using data analytics to assess performance and inform strategy.

Solid understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Experience in identifying growth opportunities and executing initiatives to expand market presence.

Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements, industry events, and team support. Innovation starts with people.®
