Ad Sales Performance Lead
Ensure the Ad Sales teams in all 8 regions meet their key performance objectives and function-level OKRs
Create, own and update training materials to ensure new Performance Consultants and Leads are set up for success
Ensure that regional Ad Sales processes are executed within global operation standards, communicating any priorities, program changes and expectations with regional Ad Sales managers and holding them accountable to regional execution
Ensure regional Ad Sales teams execute on global sales initiatives driven by the Global Ad Sales Program Manager and ensure all regional Ad Sales teams are aware of initiative timelines, expectations, resources, etc.
Provide weekly updates on global Ad Sales performance, impact and upcoming initiatives
Project manage deployment of programs / initiatives / sales motions in each region and communicate progress and business impact
Own metrics and content for monthly / quarterly business reviews to client sales leadership team
Extract wins, key learnings and actionable insights from data and effectively communicate to sales leadership and Global Ad Sales Program Manager
Bring regional Ad Sales managers together to share best practices and learnings
Proactively identify areas for improvement, be able to put together an actionable plan, align resources / stakeholders, and communicate progress while delivering on the plan
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, ad technology or ad operations
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
Comfort with being client-facing
A structured and detail-oriented thinker
Strong communication skills and comfort in presenting to senior leadership. You should be able to clearly and concisely articulate program performance across all global regions
Strong management skills as you will be overseeing multiple managers across multiple regions
Strong problem solving skills as you will be responsible for understanding gaps, providing recommendations, and driving solutions to address areas of opportunity
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities
Strong analytical skills as you will be tasked with reporting on adoption and impact of recommendations
Strong stakeholder management skills
An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction
Business fluency in English
