JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Electrical Designer to join Lyons Electric, a subsidiary company of
Potawatomi Ventures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, developing, and reviewing electrical systems and schematics
for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards
and client specifications. Key Responsibilities Develop electrical
design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software. Create and
update schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and circuit designs.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project
requirements and timelines. Perform load calculations, voltage drop
analysis, and other electrical engineering tasks. Ensure designs comply
with NEC, IEC, and other applicable codes and standards. Coordinate with
other disciplines (mechanical, structural, architectural) to ensure
integrated design. Support construction and installation teams with
technical documentation and field support. Review and revise designs
based on feedback and site conditions. Qualifications Associate or
bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Design, or
related field. 3+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably
in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software. Strong understanding of
electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication
and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with lighting
design, power distribution, and low-voltage systems. Familiarity with
BIM workflows and 3D modeling. Knowledge of energy-efficient and
sustainable design practices. Physical Demands The physical demands
