Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in building strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and addressing client needs effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers by understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Manage order processing, track shipments, and provide prompt updates to clients.

Address customer concerns by offering personalized solutions and escalating complex issues as needed.

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Provide product-related information, including nutritional details and compliance with food service regulations, to assist customers.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor customer accounts proactively to identify potential challenges and provide timely support. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in tracking and managing orders, shipments, and customer accounts.

Familiarity with product and service compliance standards is a plus.

Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate records and anticipate customer needs.
