Warehouse Administrator

Job Description

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in the warehouse operations by managing communications, handling customer inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, communicating with customers regarding their orders, updating order statuses, checking inventory, managing emails, and performing data entry. Additionally, you will assist with shipping and receiving tasks and operate within multiple systems comfortably.

Responsibilities

Manage all incoming calls to the warehouse and address customer inquiries.

Locate and update customer orders, coordinating with shipping and receiving clerks.

Conduct inventory checks and assist with data entry.

Help with shipping and receiving processes.

Work efficiently within multiple systems to support warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in customer service, answering phone calls, emails, order research, and inventory.

2+ years of warehouse experience.

2+ years of experience in inventory and data entry.

Proficiency in administrative support, inventory control, and Microsoft Excel.

Experience in shipping and receiving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a warehouse admin, inventory clerk, warehouse coordinator, logistics coordinator, or operations admin.

Strong communication and people skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers via phone and email.

Ability to search and locate inventory.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation parts knowledge.

Work Environment

The position operates within a large warehouse setting, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. The warehouse is non-climate controlled, requiring you to be on your feet for the majority of the day. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
