Account Development Representative - Entry Level - Onsite - Goodyear, AZ

Job Title: Account Development Representative

Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site)

Schedule: Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-11am (flexible)

Pay: $23-$24.50/hr | Contract-to-Hire

90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted.

Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.

Manage high-volume, short sales cycles.

Communicate product benefits clearly.

Track leads and progress in CRM.

Collaborate with your team to hit goals.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and phone skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Telesales or inside sales experience

preferred.

Comfortable with CRM tools.

4-year degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Uncapped commissions.

Example: $300k in volume = $3,600/month in

commissions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
