As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. What you'll do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain code adhering to coding standards, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and timelines for project deliverables.
Create and execute test cases, perform defect management, and conduct regression testing to ensure software quality.
Automate routine tasks within CI/CD pipelines and monitor application performance using telemetry and diagnostic tools.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and adopting emerging technologies aligned with business goals.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and coding standards using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Strong experience in platform design, API development, and component services within iterative and incremental development frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation and testing methodologies.
Solid understanding of software design, telemetry implementation, and security policy application during development.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
