Description
LeeTran is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our LeeTran team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring all riders have a first-class passenger experience while providing a high level of assistance to exceed our customers' expectations continuously. This is a year-round temporary position with opportunities for full-time and future advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing legendary customer service to passengers or potential passengers
Professionally answer incoming calls and assist passengers with the scheduling of trip requests
Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
Responsible for greeting and handling customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Resolve passenger issues
May be required to deliver route schedules to organizations as requested
Creative thinker who enjoys a team-based atmosphere
Assist passengers with fare-related inquiries
Handle cash, checks, and credit cards as forms of payment during the bus fare purchasing process; balance a drawer at the end of the shift
Complete required forms and reports
May perform other job duties as assigned
Education, Experience, Licensing
Education: High School graduation or GED
Experience: One (1) year of fast-paced, professional customer service or closely related experience
Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required

The position's work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and some holidays.
