This is not an administrative-only position. You'll be immersed in all aspects of our operation, learning the business from the ground up while making a direct and lasting impact.We're looking for someone with: Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment At least 1 year of management experience in a Special Events/ Trade Show Furniture distribution centerWhat You'll Do- Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery.- Roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team when needed-lead by example.- Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and team culture.- Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders.- Route delivery trucks in coordination with Branch Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service.- Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams.- Handle delivery issues as they arise-creatively and proactively.- Manage triage, inspect returned product, and approve inventory for restocking.Who You Are- A proactive problem solver who doesn't shy away from a challenge.- A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in to get the job done.- A team builder who can inspire and develop a crew that delivers results.- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.- Physically capable-able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, and stay active throughout the day.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Qualifications- Previous experience managing a furniture warehouse strongly preferred.- Proven leadership in team rebuilding and operational improvement.- Forklift certified or willing to obtain AFR certification.- Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and managing operational KPI.Our Commitment to DiversityDiversity ensures the success of our careers, and our lives.
