The Partnership Product Center Global Supply Chain team is responsible for working closely with suppliers across the world to ensure we deliver affordable, high-quality parts that meet our customer's dynamic needs. Our team champions an internal environment that thrives on utilization of Continuous Improvement using CORE operating system; while coaching and supporting the supply base to ensure they meet our quality standards and achieve success in their lean journey.
What you will do:
The role of Supply Chain Manager, which is a remote role, based in East Hartford, CT is both exciting & challenging. In this role, you will build efficient working relationships across the many P&W functional groups; Supply Chain, Quality, Materials, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Production Readiness, MCL, ESA, Global Work Share (GWS) and with a variety of suppliers, mostly in Europe and Asia. Analytical and dynamic interpersonal skills are desired. Delighting customers is a priority by providing timely and accurate updates via the most desired communication means.
Provide leadership and engage employees in the business through use of the CORE Operating System.
Manage PO/SA release process from end to end, Develop a delivery assurance plan aligned with demand requirements,
Participate in Business Reviews and Delivery Gated Review Process, which ensures the long term business delivery performance objectives are achieved.
Develop the Partnership Product Organization (PPO) relationship to ensure source selection alignment to VSM strategy.
Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management.
Develop and execute staffing plans to support the long term sourcing strategy.
Ensure Export Control Compliance. Overall ensure that our suppliers are in sync with our delivery requirements to ensure adherence to the plan and remove any roadblocks.

Qualifications you must have:
Bachelors' Degree and 10 years of experience in supply management, operations experience, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field: or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
