The National Sales Manager assists in developing and implementing product growth strategies in conjunction with Product Management. Responsible for sales growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. Manages the sales effectiveness of the independent reps and ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations. The primary focus of the National Sales Manager is the Sink product line.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for all Zurn Elkay sink business development, working with Sales Team to deliver
Develop, align and supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and Regional team
Assist Directors & Finance in Sink Sales forecasting
Develop/maintain strong key relationships with large Sink Customers
Collaborate and assist with Area Manager Sales team to deliver Sink Budget
Work with Product Management to identify gaps & new opportunities for Sink business
Work with Product Management to assist ZE sinks product training development in order to communicate value proposition
Education and Experince
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline required
5+ years of related sales and/or product management experience in the field
Experience with water management and plumbing products
The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
Salary Range: $118,00-$163,000
Travel: 50%
