Our client, a leading import/export company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. As an Account Executive, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting import/export activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Killam Mile 9

Pay Range: $14/hour

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What's the Job?

Manage the importation process and ensure compliance with regulations

Prepare Shipper's Export Declarations (SED) accurately

Review labeling standards and interpret import/export requirements

Examine documentation for import procedures and filings

Handle HAZMAT documentation (MSDS) and other regulatory paperwork

What's Needed?

Knowledge of importation processes and procedures

Basic understanding of import-related fiscal and miscellaneous regulations

Ability to review and prepare shipping and import documents

Experience preparing customs entries (pedimentos) is desirable

Bilingual in English and Spanish
