Framing Carpenter

Pay: $25/hour

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Job Description

Join a reputable contractor in the Harrisburg area specializing in commercial window installation and construction projects. Work takes place within a 1.5-hour radius of Harrisburg, keeping you close to home while contributing to impactful commercial builds. Must be able to provide your own tools, PPE, and transportation to and from work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, minimum 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Install windows in commercial environments such as schools, storefronts, office buildings, industrial facilities, and apartment complexes.

Perform framing carpentry; read and interpret blueprints.

Safely operate hand and power tools required for installation and framing work.

Meet at the shop each morning before traveling with the crew to job sites.

Occasionally work overnight projects (four 10-hour shifts) with per diem provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
