The McClure Company is searching for an HVAC Service Technician. This position will perform a variety of service related duties. Diagnose and Troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including RTUs, boilers and chillers. Perform approved repairs. Build rapport with customers for ongoing maintenance accounts.

HVAC Service TechnicianEssential Functions: Perform periodic HVAC maintenance on a variety of equipment Troubleshoot wiring, relay logic, control systems Conduct in-depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating malfunctions within a facility; Facilitate adequate communication among the internal team, sub-contractors, and customers Demonstrate good leadership and communications to all Provide quality customer service and follow-up to customers as needed Interface with customers all levels and coordinate the status of upcoming projects Other duties as assigned HVAC Service Technician experience, technical skills & attributes required: 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC field experience Understanding of Building Management systems Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings Desire to work in fast paced, multi-faceted and diverse role Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with various departments of the company Strong customer advocacy Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving ability Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Energetic with a high sense of urgency Refrigeration experience not required but encouraged. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time Monday - Friday
