Controller
$Vaco has partnered with a respected logistics company seeking a Controller to join their team. This role offers a clear path for advancement, along with a flexible hybrid schedule and an attractive compensation package. You’ll oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. You’ll also lead and develop accounting teams, drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in alignment with GAAP/IFRS
Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and policy enhancements for efficiency and scalability
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations
Support special projects, including M&A and due diligence, with financial expertise and risk assessment
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
