As a Security Officer in Horicon, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flows. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in line with Allied Universal driver policy. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and bring a people-first mindset grounded in integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying visitor authorization, and directing foot and vehicle traffic per site procedures.

Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems when assigned, and document unusual activity for follow-up.

Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs with clear, accurate details in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Support shipping and receiving and contractor check-in by confirming authorization, documenting arrivals and departures, and coordinating with site personnel as needed.

Observe for hazards or maintenance issues that could impact operations, and report findings through established communication channels.

Participate in briefings, post orders review, and required training to maintain familiarity with site-specific procedures and emergency response expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Lift Up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
