As an Armed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and reports with clear communication and customer service. This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card and/or license. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Carry and maintain assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policy, post orders, and applicable laws and/or licensing requirements.

Control access at entrances, gates, and/or lobby areas by verifying identification, authorizations, and visitor ??, and directing individuals to approved areas.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor CCTV, alarms, and/or access control systems when assigned, and report irregular conditions for follow-up.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and requesting additional resources when needed.

Support emergency response activities such as fire alarms, medical incidents, equipment-related events, and/or severe weather procedures in accordance with site instructions.

Perform patrol checks of doors, windows, gates, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or damage.

Manage truck and delivery traffic by checking in drivers, confirming load information when authorized, and coordinating with site contacts for staging and routing.

Complete incident reports, shift logs, and other documentation with clear, timely details, and communicate significant events to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Interact with local law enforcement, fire services, and/or emergency medical responders as directed by post orders and site management.

Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence while enforcing site policies related to prohibited items, restricted areas, and/or conduct expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.

Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.

Be 21+ Years of Age.

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
