Marketing Specialist I Job Locations US-OH-Cleveland Requisition ID 2026-11952 Category Marketing and Proposal Support Overview Gilbane Building Company is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist I to support our efforts in developing sales, marketing, and communication deliverables in our Cleveland office. In this role, you will collaborate with local teams and departments within the organization. Responsibilities Supports the development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with a focus on quality, creativity, and meeting client deadlines Develops the ability to tell stories about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane and incorporate these differentiators into deliverables that address each client's unique needs Ensures all external content and client deliverables align with Gilbane's brand standards and messaging guidelines Supports the development of marketing content including branded collateral, blog posts, social media posts, award submissions, and basic graphic design work to increase Gilbane's market visibility Supports the development of internal and external communications including assisting with newsletter content development, press release writing, and creating basic content for the Gilbane website, social media, and other digital channels Organizes and maintains digital assets ensuring all photos, graphics, and media are approved, properly categorized, and easily searchable Supports da
