Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level)What You'll Do

You'll be the friendly, helpful voice customers interact with every day-guiding them, answering questions, and connecting them with the right solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

Handling outbound calls to support customers with questions, appointment scheduling, and service updates.

Making outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather key details.

Sharing scripted product knowledge across various home improvement categories (training provided!).

Entering customer information accurately into our CRM system.

Spotting opportunities to connect customers with our sales team.

Maintaining professionalism, positivity, and energy in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Twinsburg, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
