Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data services sector, is seeking a Data Collection Team Lead to join their team. As a Data Collection Team Lead, you will be part of the Data Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Burlingame, CA

5 month contract likely extension

Pay Rate: $35/hour

What's the Job?

Lead and supervise a team of analysts and technicians in data collection projects.

Coordinate resource allocation and manage workflow processes to ensure project deadlines are met.

Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

Create and maintain detailed workflow outlines, project plans, and process documentation.

Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and motivation to team members to foster growth and success.

What's Needed?

At least 1 year of experience in project or operations management or consulting.

Experience working on data collection or user research projects.

Proven ability to manage teams across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Office and G Suite applications.

Willingness to become an expert in project workflows and drive process improvements.
