The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking Experienced Manufacturing Engineers to support multiple programs in Berkley, MO

Position Overview: We are looking for Experienced Manufacturing Engineers, with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness and composite fabrication. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world-class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our Fighter Jet programs.
You will also develop and implement production and tooling methodologies using advanced digital tools such as MBI, 3D CAD, Motion Capture, etc. Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build. Leads, authors and implements manufacturing plans. Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements. Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices. Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions. Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule. Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements lean principles and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and design improvement using advanced technologies. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, implement, and refine manufacturing methods, assembly lines, and factory layouts for optimal flow and output
Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in design reviews and lead manufacturability and assembly decisions.
Cost reduction- identify opportunities to lower production costs while maintaining quality standards.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statemen
Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
Experience with 3D model based instruction
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
Experience with any of the following: NX, IPDM Teamcenter, MES, Aurora,
VisMockup, , ICIDO, Multi-Monitor Collaborative Rooms, Enterprise Standard Gated Process, Motion Capture
Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)
Experience reviewing and approving other engineers' work (installation plans, tool orders, line stock checks, etc.)

Salary Pay Rage:
$103,700-$140,300
