Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic corporate team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Maintain compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making

Requirements

4+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and management.

Proficiency in account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries.

Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close processes.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
