Job Title: 1st Shift Driver Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Driver to join our team, responsible for operating 26-foot box trucks. This position requires working Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities

Drive a 26-foot box truck between facilities in Belle Vernon and Charleroi.

Use barcode scanners for accurate documentation.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant data.

Load and unload trucks as needed.

Assist with inventory management tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience driving 26' box trucks and flatbeds.

Proficiency in using barcode scanners.

Ability to maintain accurate delivery records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to operate forklifts, including propane and stand-up forklifts.

Work Environment

Work in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled. This role is part of the daylight shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a $2 shift differential offered for the 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.

They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.
