Work You'll Do
As an Oracle Specialist Leader you will be accountable for spearheading the planning, design, and execution of project initiatives across all associated workstreams. This role plays a key part in package selection processes, partnering with stakeholders to scrutinize business value opportunities and ensure business case objectives are realized.

For our clients, our Oracle Cloud Finance Specialist Leaders reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations.
Direct the end-to-end delivery of Oracle projects, overseeing planning, design, solution evaluation, implementation, and risk governance across multidisciplinary teams and workstreams.
Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders including technical teams, business users, and executives, to ensure program alignment and successful Oracle solution adoption.
Manage high-impact Oracle engagements and day-to-day client interactions, covering requirements gathering, functional/process design, testing, training, and comprehensive engagement oversight.
Drive business development efforts by nurturing key client relationships and proactively identifying new Oracle consulting opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and grow Oracle delivery teams, supporting recruitment, retention, and the ongoing professional development of team members.

Qualifications
Required
Functional implementation experience on 5+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
12+ years' Oracle implementation experience.
6+ years' experience leading end-to-end systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, business process design (as-is/to-be), and full Oracle application deployment lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement for projects.
A Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:
Full lifecycle implementation expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules: Finance Accounting Hub (FAH), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Record to Report (RTR).
Engaged with C-suite executives and managed both client and internal project teams at the executive level, successfully delivering high-impact initiatives with budgets exceeding $2 million each.
Led and developed cross-functional teams of 25 or more members across technical and business domains, consistently delivering on high-impact initiatives.
Transformed complex business and technology strategies into compelling executive presentations, delivering strategy decks annually to influence key stakeholder decisions.
Independently managed multiple concurrent client initiatives, consistently resolving business and technical challenges.
An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $158,900 - $292,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
