Senior Data Scientist AI/ML and Advanced Analytics

CTG is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive business impact. You will work on NLP, chatbots, image recognition, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics projects using Python, LLMs, and modern data tools.

What You'll Do:

Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.

Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and predictions.

Apply advanced analytics techniques for optimization, risk, and performance improvement.

Collaborate across teams to implement data-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in AI/ML or advanced analytics.

Strong Python programming and data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, Dask).

Experience with NLP, chatbot, or image recognition projects.

Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB), visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly), and CI/CD workflows (Docker, Jenkins).

Knowledge of LLMs, statistical modeling, and optimization tools (CPLEX, Gurobi, R, SAS).

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $185,000. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
