Kelly is partnering with Johnson & Johnson seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President, GU Oncology within a fast-paced oncology organization. This is a high-visibility role with strong potential to convert to permanent.

Pay: $33.39

Location: Onsite Horsham, PA

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Length of Assignment : 6 Months, strong potential to convert to permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive-level calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing

Support planning and execution of department meetings and leadership events

Maintain department materials (org charts, distribution lists, etc.)

Collaborate across Oncology and utilize tools such as Workday, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom

Qualifications:

5+ years of executive administrative experience (pharma/life sciences preferred)

Expert proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
