A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Admin Assistant. Position @type: Part-time, Contract Duration: 6 months, possible extension Location: Philadelphia, PA- 19103 (Tue- Thu onsite) About the Role: Mid-level administrative assistants may be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as handling incoming and outgoing communications. They may assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks, and may also be involved in coordinating office events and projects. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Mid-level administrative assistants should be proficient in office software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, and may be required to have experience with database management and other specialized software. Position Requirements: This person will deal with confidential material. Must be committed to producing products of high-quality involving court documents and other legal matters. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves attorneys of clerical and administrative work and business detail. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. The position is required to work onsite- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, for 24 hours per week. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
