As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to security-related situations as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location and its personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with emergency response activities as required by the site protocols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and/or breaches within the location.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
