As a Security Officer - Industrial Site Patrol in Fitchburg, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for personnel and property.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, unusual circumstances, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.

Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for review by Allied Universal and/or client management.

Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting first responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
