Description and Responsibilities

Open Sky's Support & Stabilization Services provide an array of services to support youth up to the age of 22 years and families that may be experiencing emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Services provided include groups, therapeutic services to help children remain in their home, preparation support for children reunifying with family, permanency support, skill building, increasing social connections, and providing families with community resources to meet basic needs. The goal of the program is to provide families with access to services that are tailored to their individualized strengths and needs which gives youth the greatest chance for safety, permanency, and well-being.

The Administrative Assistant provides general office support including answering phones, filing, copying and maintaining accurate and timely records/files while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. They also support with billing documentation and submissions as well as arrange and coordinate space needs for meetings and groups with youth and/or families.

Other Key Responsibilities:

Maintain record of staff meeting notes, case consultations, and other meetings as assigned and appropriate.

Assist in scheduling orientation for new team members and scheduling on-going training for team members.

Organize and track referrals/acceptance rates received from DCF, discharges and follow-up care dates, as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history, required.

Previous experience with Microsoft Office, highly preferred.

Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
