Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator opportunities in Aurora, IL.

LOCATION: Aurora, IL

TITLE: Warehouse Associate

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 1st= 6AM-2PM, 2nd= 2PM-10PM, 3rd= 10PM-6AM with overtime as needed

PAY: $20.00-22.00/hr

Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:

Operate stand-up forklifts (Raymond or Crown), cherry pickers, turret trucks, hand jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Accurately pick, put away, transport, store, and retrieve materials

Identify, sort, stack, audit, and locate parts and supplies efficiently

Comply with all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures

Maintain facility cleanliness using 5S methodology and participate in team/safety meetings

Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned

Candidates for Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Minimum 6 months of stand-up forklift experience (required)

1-2 years of warehouse experience

Ability to operate computers and scanners; working knowledge of SAP preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing operational demands

Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift over 30 lbs, and work in hot and cold environments

High School Diploma or GED required

Must wear safety shoes and safety glasses (required on day one)

Pay rates starting at $18.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
