Over 16 months, you'll complete 4 rotations; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.

What You'll Do You won't be watching from the sidelines; this is hands-on from day one. Rotate across engineering, operations, product development, and more Work on real projects that make a measurable impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts Build problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting Design and deliver a capstone project that showcases your growth

After successfully completing the program, you'll transition into a full-time role in one of these areas: Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Electrical Engineering Product Management Application Engineering

What You Bring We're looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals) Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies Internship or Co-op experience is a plus Willingness to relocate across the U.S.* U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
